These terms govern your use of the Cadmere platform at app.cadmere.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Cadmere provides tools to capture and manage leads, communicate with customers, and send email reminders from a business's own connected email account. Features may change or improve over time.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity under your account.
• Accounts are approved by the operator before access is granted, and access may be suspended for misuse.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only to contact people who have a genuine relationship with your business, and in compliance with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
• Do not send unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, and honour recipients' requests to stop being contacted.
• Do not attempt to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.

Email sending

When you connect Gmail, emails are sent from your own account with your permission. You are responsible for the content of messages you approve and send. Cadmere is a tool that helps you send; it does not author or endorse your messages.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadmere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
